Formerly known as the AutoNation Tower, 110 Tower is part of the growing Fort Lauderdale skyline and is one of the tallest buildings in the area. The property is located on SE 6th Street, adjacent to the Broward County Courthouse. 110 Tower is a 30-story Class-A office tower, managed by Cushman Wakefield.
The 110 Tower includes ground-floor retail space, a five stories of parking, a health club, restaurants, a bank branch, and a conference facility. The property underwent a $15 million renovation in 2011. The 110 Tower parking center has more than 900 spaces available 24-7.
