Tru-Park is thrilled to announce a new addition to our portfolio! 555 Washington, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, is the newest TruPark Parking Center – adding 480 spaces to our roster.
Situated at the corner of Washington Avenue and Fifth Street, 555 Washington Avenue is a boutique mixed-use project in Miami Beach consisting of 46,000 square feet of Class A office, 22,000 square feet of street-level retail, and an attached parking garage. The property offers an upscale business environment that caters to the creative and innovative companies that embody Miami Beach’s vibrant flair.
Fun fact: 555 Washington is the site of the old 5th Street Gym that was the training gym for Muhammad Ali in the 60-70s. (A CVS occupies part of that space).
