Highlighting Cool Neighborhood Spots: Soul Vegan Festival
Miami Beach is promoting several events to mark the 157th Juneteenth Independence Day, which honors the contributions of Black Americans while remembering the emancipation of those who had been enslaved.
At Lummus Park, between 6th and 7th Streets on Ocean Drive, The Soul Vegan Festival is a special event featuring chef creations made of Soul Food, Caribbean, Afro-Hispanic, Cajun and Creole cuisines. It promises vendors from cities like Atlanta, Chicago, Miami and Indianapolis with plenty of activities for the entire family. And who doesn’t love live bands and performances by local artists?!
Free to the public, there is also a VIP ticket option so you can grab a seat in a sectioned-off area featuring a chef-inspired meal from an award-winning vegan chef along with exciting mocktails and decadent desserts
