Meet the Team- Phillip Lively

Meet Phillip Lively!  Phillip is the Parking Manager for Two Harbor Place in our Tampa Bay market. He joined TruPark in 2018. Philip goes the extra mile to be an asset to the Property Management team – he’s a problem solver and always brings a friendly smile to a conversation.

We really want to give him a shout-out for how he managed the Two Harbor Place Parking Center during Tampa’s Gasparilla event. Our team was thoughtful in how we conducted market research, taking the time to understand the guest experience from start to finish. As a result, the TruPark team leveraged the event and was able to increase transient parking revenue significantly. Thank you for your leadership, Phillip!
