As the creator and founder of TruPark, Kevin leads the team’s efforts to create partnerships with ownership groups to maximize revenues while creating better parking experiences for their assets.

Prior to creating TruPark, Kevin spent 10 years at one of the nation’s largest parking management providers.  Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in leading marketing and growth efforts for a variety of businesses.  Kevin was integral in the massive growth of a stagnant parking brand into an industry leader offering parking management, valet, program design, and shuttle service in South Florida.

Responsible for the revenue growth and parking experience of more than 35,000 monthly parkers and 74,000 daily parkers led Kevin to creating unique partnerships with ownership groups across the industry. Kevin now brings innovative technology and experienced based marketing knowledge to assets under the TruPark-Asset Parking Management brand.

Kevin has been active in BOMA Miami-Dade and BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches. Kevin served as the Transportation chair for the 2016 BOMA Southern Region Conference, in Miami Florida.
