READ BELOW CAREFULLY

This agreement regards the right to use parking one (1) parking space with the park as designated in your employer’s lease. This agreement is to become effective on the date listed below between landlord and the individual or entity (“customer”) listed above.
The term of this agreement is to be in conjunction with the lease signed for office space onsite. Parking rates are per the lease signed between landlord and tenant or as otherwise assigned by landlord and are subject to change at any time by posting of new rates or by written or electronic communication.
This agreement may be terminated by 30 days advance written or electronic notice from customer, received by landlord prior to the first of the month; customer will be responsible for all charges until effective cancellation date.
Landlord reserves the right to terminate any or all monthly parking privileges immediately without cause or liability.
Landlord is not responsible for theft or damage to individuals, vehicles in the garage, or their contents. To reduce the chance of theft or damage, please place your personal items out of sight and lock your car doors. All customers park at their own risk at all times.
Vehicle storage is strictly prohibited and subject to tow.
Customer agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the facility, which may be obtained in person or via email.
Customer further acknowledges and agrees that the landlord has the right to make changes to the parking areas within the facility, or lot, which may cause the area in which customer parks to change at any time and for any reason.
Customer acknowledges they will not receive any refunds due to vacation, absences, or any other reason they fail to utilize parking services within the facility or lot, per this agreement.
Landlord hereby grants the tenant and persons designated by the tenant a license to use parking spaces at the current rates, which the landlord may adjust from time to time.
Additional parking spaces may be revoked/relocated by the landlord at any time.
Landlord reserves the right to change the terms and conditions above by providing written or electronic notice.
