To help you get to know Aaron better, we sat down with him for a Q&A session where he shares his background, his thoughts on leadership, his vision for TruPark, and what excites him most about joining the team.

Getting to Know Our New Leader

Tell us a bit about your career up until now.

“I’ve spent the past 15 years building a career centered around real estate management and business operations. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow start-ups across various sectors, including real estate, home services, and technology. Early on, I even built a commercial parking lot in Miami for tractor-trailers, dump trucks, and heavy machinery.

My experience has allowed me to lead high-value projects, streamline operations, and manage complex transactions. Working closely with owners and investors has helped me understand the intricacies of asset management and the importance of delivering results. Together, these experiences have given me a strong foundation in leadership, decision-making, and adapting to the evolving needs of the industry.”

What attracted you to take over the reins at TruPark?

“What drew me to TruPark was its solid foundation and immense potential for growth. I saw a unique opportunity to lead a company with a highly experienced and tenured staff while also being well-positioned to innovate within the parking management space. I’m particularly excited about the challenge of taking TruPark to the next level by enhancing our focus on exceptional customer service and integrating cutting-edge technology. The company’s culture is built around sustainable relationships and delivering top-tier service, which aligns perfectly with my vision for the future.”

Do you have any plans or strategies for TruPark that you’d like to share?

“One of my primary focuses for TruPark is enhancing our customer service model. I believe that exceptional customer service is what truly sets companies apart in a competitive industry. It’s often the simple things—smiling, maintaining eye contact, shaking hands, and responding to calls or emails quickly—that lay the foundation for strong relationships.

We’re exploring ways to leverage technology to improve efficiency while maintaining that personal touch. Building long-term relationships with the people we work with—management, ownership, monthly parkers, transient parkers, and vendors—is at the core of this approach.

In addition, I plan to expand our footprint within Class-A office spaces while also growing in the hotel and mixed-use sectors.”

What do you do in your free time? We’d like to get to know you!

“I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and two kids. We’re actually planning a trip to the Rocky Mountains during winter break, which the kids are really excited about.

Whenever I get the chance, I watch the Miami Heat and basically any spy show. Lately, I’ve been playing more golf and make it a goal to run a 5K a few times a week.

I’m definitely a coffee snob—I probably have ten different ways of brewing coffee at home! I can never say no to a cup, especially a cappuccino.

I also love reading, typically finishing 30-50 books a year, ranging from spy novels to business, management, and biographies. Right now, I’m in the middle of The New Gold Standard and A Death in Cornwall.”

What do you see as the biggest challenge ahead? And what is the biggest strength TruPark has to offer?

“One of the biggest challenges ahead is staying competitive in an industry that’s rapidly evolving with new technologies and customer expectations. The parking management industry is no longer just about providing a space—it’s about delivering a seamless, efficient experience for users. Balancing innovation while maintaining personal relationships with clients and customers will be key.

For instance, there is an increasing shift toward gateless or frictionless access to parking lots and garages using License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. This innovation improves convenience and efficiency for parkers, but adopting these solutions requires striking a balance between relying on AI and technology and preserving the personal touch that our clients value.

TruPark’s biggest strength lies in our commitment to exceptional customer service. We’ve built our business around strong relationships with our clients, whether it’s property owners, property managers, or parkers. Our team has a deep understanding of the market, and we take pride in providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of every client. This strong foundation of service and trust positions us well to tackle any challenges that come our way.”

What has the onboarding process been like at TruPark? How have you gotten to know the team?

“The onboarding process at TruPark has been both exciting and insightful. I’ve spent a lot of time meeting with team members individually, understanding their perspectives, and learning about the company’s operations from the ground up. My goal has been to foster open communication from the start so we can work together to shape the future of the company. Building trust and rapport with the team has been a priority, and I’ve been impressed with their dedication and professionalism. It’s been a great journey so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build on these relationships.”

Aaron Alamary ’s commitment to excellence and innovation is poised to lead TruPark into a new era of growth and success. His focus on innovation, customer-centric strategies and operational efficiency will not only strengthen the TruPark market position but also enhance the value we bring to our clients. We are thrilled to have Aaron on board and look forward to achieving great things together under his leadership.
